In September, 2013, I had my first baby at home. My husband had waited and waited for the
cable guy to show up for days. He shows up on the day I am in the
bed, big as a mountain in the first stages of dilation.
My husband says to the cable guy: Hey!! Come on in, my wife is having a
baby in the bedroom but that's OK !!
The cable has to be run thru the bedroom into the living room. That guy
was sweating bullets looking at me while drilling holes and running the
cable, saying ''Hold on Lady, hold on, I will be out of here in a few
minutes''. The look of panic was priceless. (I was co
vered by a blanket) the delivery went smoothly and it was a bouncing baby boy.
